This program was operated with the goal of cultivating professionals in park golf and promoting the spread of community-based sports culture. The graduation ceremony was attended by over 30 people, including Director Han Jiyoung, faculty members, and trainees.

The ceremony included a progress report on the program, the awarding of certificates, and congratulatory remarks. The first class was led by Chief Professor Kim Hoonyeon and Chief Instructor Gong Myungsook, who provided systematic professional education in park golf theory and practice, game management, and safety management. In particular, the program focused on strengthening practical skills to enable participants to take on leadership roles in park golf, which is gaining attention as a sport for a healthy later life.

The Daejin ParkGolf Academy was operated as an eight-week course, divided into morning and evening sessions. All 29 graduates of this program simultaneously obtained both the "Level 1 Park Golf Instructor" and "Level 2 Park Golf Referee" certifications issued by the Korea Qualification Certification Institute, thereby officially recognizing their expertise. The Lifelong Education Center plans to support graduates in further developing their instructional skills by operating an alumni association for ongoing exchange and growth.

Han Jiyoung, Director of the Daejin University Lifelong Education Center, said in her congratulatory remarks, "I hope you will play an important role as mediators of intergenerational exchange, not only practicing a healthy lifestyle through park golf but also revitalizing the local community." She continued, "You are proud pioneers of this program, having completed a systematic curriculum, and I hope you will play a central role in spreading the Daejin park golf culture throughout the community. Daejin University will provide full support so you can thrive as park golf professionals."

Starting with this first class, the Daejin University Lifelong Education Center plans to expand its programs in park golf and other sports and health fields, further strengthening its role as a lifelong education hub for local residents.
