Building a Win-Win Distribution Model Centered on King's Icheon Rice
Icheon City in Gyeonggi Province is partnering with Public Home Shopping to expand sales channels for local agricultural products.
On December 22, Icheon City signed a "Mutual Growth Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Expanding Sales Channels of Icheon Agricultural Specialties" with Public Home Shopping at the city hall's Daol Room.

The signing ceremony was attended by Kyunghee Kim, Mayor of Icheon; Jongwon Lee, Acting CEO of Public Home Shopping; Haedong Kim, CEO of Haegang Mulsan; and Younghwan Song, Head of Janghowon Agricultural Cooperative, along with other related officials.
The agreement was established to ensure the stable supply of local agricultural specialties, focusing on the region's signature product, "King's Icheon Rice," through Public Home Shopping's distribution channels.
With this agreement, the city plans to actively promote and expand nationwide sales of Icheon Rice and other high-quality local agricultural products.
Kyunghee Kim, Mayor of Icheon, stated, "This agreement is an important promise to deliver the value of Icheon Rice honestly and warmly to every household in the nation. The city will go beyond simply selling well and will work to raise awareness and earn trust so that Icheon Rice becomes the preferred choice."
