Events Also Held for Customers Participating in the Survey
Woori Bank announced that it is offering a "Kiosk Experience Service" on the senior-exclusive page "Woori Wonder Life" within its own application, Woori WON Banking, to help senior customers adapt to digital life.
This service provides digital education content for senior customers who have difficulty using kiosks. It is designed so that users can experience and learn how to use kiosks in situations commonly encountered in daily life, such as ordering food, in an environment similar to the real thing. After accessing Woori WON Banking, users can access the service by tapping the "Benefits" button at the bottom right, then selecting "Ongoing Events," followed by "Kiosk Ordering, Will It Get Easier?" in order. The service was established in November this year through a partnership with CareYou, and it is being made available to customers for the first time in conjunction with this event.
To celebrate the launch of the service, two events will be held until January 31 next year. Customers who participate in a survey after using the Kiosk Experience Service will be entered into a drawing for a Paris Baguette cake, and those who share the service link with family or friends will be entered into a drawing for a MegaMGC Coffee hot chocolate.
A Woori Bank representative stated, "The Kiosk Experience Service is content designed to help senior customers reduce digital inconvenience in their daily lives and adapt more naturally to digital environments. Going forward, we will continue to expand practical, everyday services centered on 'Wonder Life' to support all aspects of senior customers' digital lives."
