Hallym University (President Choi Yanghee) signed a business agreement with Yangpyeong Corporation on the 19th at the Academic Affairs Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the university headquarters to promote technological advancement in the environmental sector, foster specialized talent, and strengthen cooperation in research and development.

The signing ceremony was attended by Choi Yanghee, President of Hallym University; Shin Beomsu, President of Yangpyeong Corporation; Kim Heonki, Dean of the College of Natural Sciences at Hallym University; Park Kitae, Head of the Department of Environmental Biotechnology; Kim Jeongwon, Professor of Environmental Biotechnology; Ahn Yujin, Head of the Facilities Business Division at Yangpyeong Corporation; Hong Sangki, Head of the Environmental Business Division; and Park Hoon, Head of the Environmental Support Team.
The main points of the agreement include: joint research and technical consultation to address issues in the operation of basic environmental facilities; personnel exchanges for educational purposes; and sharing information on the latest technologies, policies, and research trends related to the environment. Both parties plan to continue pursuing practical cooperation in these areas.
Choi Yanghee, President of Hallym University, stated, "Fostering specialized talent and developing innovative technologies in the environmental sector are urgent tasks of our time for a sustainable future. I hope this agreement will become a successful model that creates tangible social value by combining the university's excellent research capabilities with the field experience of a public enterprise."
