"Candlelight Jazz Concert" Features Live Performance by Chanson Artist
Customer Experience Programs Continue... "Renault Merci Week" Held at Showrooms Nationwide
On December 20, 2025, Renault Korea invited approximately 150 customers to its flagship store, Renault Seongsu in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, for a customer appreciation concert titled the "Candlelight Jazz Concert."
Held under the theme "Where There Is Light, Renault Is There," the concert featured a live performance by French chanson artist Chanson J in a space illuminated by thousands of candles. Alongside the performance, Renault Korea offered French-style catering and small gifts to express gratitude to its customers at the end of the year.
On the same day, Renault Seongsu also operated an experience zone where attendees could write down their New Year wishes. Participants reflected on the past year and wrote their wishes for the coming year on postcards, using the Christmas tree and mailbox installed in a space named "L'Arbre de R?ve."

Renault Korea will continue its "X-mas & Year End" customer experience program at Renault Seongsu until the end of the year. A Christmas tree and mailbox are set up on the first floor, and visiting customers who write a wish card for the New Year receive a small gift. Some customers will also be selected by lottery to receive special year-end gifts.
For customers who test-drive or consult about vehicles, there is a hands-on area where they can create personalized keyrings, and the second-floor lounge and caf? offer seasonal beverages for the year-end period.
Additionally, Renault Korea is hosting the year-end customer appreciation event "Renault Merci Week." Customers who visit showrooms nationwide for test drives or vehicle purchases can enjoy various benefits, and some will be selected by lottery to receive prizes.
In December, a double individual consumption tax benefit of up to 1.6 million won per model is available. The Grand Koleos offers benefits ranging from 1.1 million to 1.6 million won depending on the powertrain and production month, while the gasoline 2.0 Turbo Escapade Roof Box model provides benefits of up to 5.4 million won. The coupe-style SUV Arkana offers benefits between 400,000 and 900,000 won depending on the powertrain, and the 1.6 GTe model offers up to 3.7 million won in benefits.
For the electric SUV Scenic E-Tech, customers can receive an electric vehicle subsidy of 8 million won and up to an additional 7 million won to help offset the reduction in government subsidies at the end of the year. Including a 500,000 won loyalty benefit, the total maximum benefit reaches 15.5 million won.
