The Jeil Jemyunso Yeouido IFC Mall branch has been a popular flagship location since its opening in 2013. This renovation aimed to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a more comfortable and pleasant dining experience by upgrading the space, menu, and overall service. In addition to strengthening the fundamentals of its noodle offerings, the restaurant now features new dishes that pair well with noodles, further establishing its identity as a "Korean noodle dining" destination.

First, the seating capacity was expanded by more than 30 seats to a total of 175. The interior design incorporates elements inspired by traditional Korean houses and noodles, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Notably, an open kitchen has been introduced, allowing guests to watch the process of making kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) to order and pancakes being cooked on a hot iron griddle. Lighting has been carefully designed to create the optimal dining ambiance at different times of day, and private rooms are available for dinner and weekend gatherings.

The menu has also been revamped to reflect the unique characteristics of the Yeouido IFC Mall location. Taking into account the needs of nearby office workers and weekend shoppers, the menu now focuses on wholesome, well-balanced meals. The noodle dishes have been further refined, featuring fresh kalguksu noodles with a chewy texture, deeply flavorful broth, and generous toppings, all based on Jeil Jemyunso's long-standing noodle-making expertise. Only the most popular and well-received dishes have been selected for the menu. In addition, freshly made geotjeori kimchi is served daily to enhance the overall meal experience.

Other offerings include a variety of side dishes that pair well with noodles, such as tender and mild brisket slices, Chungcheong-style yukjeon (beef pancakes), seafood minari pancakes topped with plenty of seafood, and spicy-sour seasoned clams. The beverage lineup has also been expanded to meet diverse needs, featuring traditional Korean liquors that complement Korean cuisine, as well as wine and craft matcha makgeolli, catering to everything from everyday meals to group gatherings.

For those dining in groups, the newly introduced "Jeil Shabu Hot Pot" is ideal for sharing. This dish features rich broth simmered with fresh vegetables and beef, served with Jeil Jemyunso's signature fresh kalguksu noodles. There is also an option for unlimited refills of beef, vegetables, and fresh noodles.

A CJ Foodville representative stated, "The renovation of Jeil Jemyunso's Yeouido IFC Mall branch focused on creating a space where guests can enjoy Korean noodle dishes at their best as a 'Korean noodle dining' restaurant," adding, "We hope customers will have a satisfying dining experience through our authentically Korean ambiance and deeply flavorful dishes, crafted with our extensive noodle-making expertise."
