At around 3:18 p.m. on December 20, a passenger car traveling from Songjeong toward downtown at the Songjeong Intersection in Geochang-eup, Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam, crashed into road facilities, including a cement median barrier, with its front bumper.

According to the police, three people in their twenties-a male driver and a male and female passenger-were transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest but ultimately died.

Another male passenger in his twenties sustained serious injuries, including fractures to his arm and leg.

The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, including questioning witnesses.
