The total number of promotions is 55, including 3 at Grade 5, 15 at Grade 6, 15 at Grade 7, and 22 at Grade 8. The promotions were conducted in a balanced manner across all areas of county administration-planning, finance, agriculture, welfare, safety, and health-invigorating the organization as a whole.

Grade 5 promotions: Key personnel assigned to organizational management, agricultural policy, and architecture. The Grade 5 promotion candidates are Oh Miyoung from the General Affairs and Saemaul Division, Kwon Guyoun from the Architecture Division, and Jang Seungnam from the Agricultural Policy Division. By placing core personnel responsible for organizational management, urban and architectural administration, and agricultural policy at the forefront, the county has significantly enhanced its ability to respond to major issues.

Grade 6 and 7 promotions: Supporting field administration and policy implementation. Grade 6 promotions focused on departments closely related to residents’ daily lives, such as the Planning and Budget Division, Civil Affairs Division, Tourism and Culture Division, Youth Policy Division, Integrated Care Division, Rural Vitality Division, Public Health Center, Architecture Division, and Water and Sewerage Office.

Grade 7 promotions were also concentrated in core departments such as finance, social security, environment and livestock, health, and facility management, further strengthening the stability and expertise of field administration.

◆ Large-scale Grade 8 promotions... Laying the foundation for future administration

There were 22 Grade 8 promotions, broadly distributed across all departments including public relations, planning, youth, agriculture, forestry, distribution, safety, and facility management. This is interpreted as a strategic move to secure a strong pool of talent that will lead Uiseong County’s administration in the mid- to long-term.

A county official stated, "These promotions comprehensively reflect the efforts and achievements of public officials who have diligently performed their work in their respective positions," adding, "We will continue to pursue change and innovation within a stable organization to realize administration that residents can truly feel."

Through these promotions, Uiseong County is expected to lay the groundwork for advancing county administration in the new year and to embark in earnest on efforts to enhance regional development and administrative competitiveness.
