On the 18th, the two organizations signed a business agreement for the Export Logistics Support Project at the main conference room of Hwaseong City Hall, with Mayor Jung Myunggeun and Kang Seokjin, Chairman of the Small and Medium Business Promotion Corporation, in attendance.

The city explained that this agreement marks the first case in the country where a local government and a central public institution are collaborating to establish a customized export logistics support system.

Through this agreement, the two organizations, in cooperation with Samsung SDS, will implement initiatives such as "dedicated shipping space support for local small and medium-sized enterprises" to ensure logistics schedule stability, and "group transportation for small shipments" to enable rapid transport for companies handling smaller volumes. The city also plans to increase the related budget to expand the benefits available to local small and medium-sized enterprises in connection with this project.

Mayor Jung stated, "I am pleased that we can now address challenges at logistics sites, which are difficult for local governments to solve alone, together with the Small and Medium Business Promotion Corporation and related organizations. We will work to ensure that this win-win model becomes a leading example nationwide."
