Sweeping the Top Spot in Major Consumer Surveys This Year
Coway announced on December 19 that it ranked first in both the water purifier and bed categories in the '2025 Korea Net Promoter Score (KNPS)' survey, which is organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
The 'Korea Net Promoter Score (KNPS)' is a system that quantifies and evaluates the willingness of customers who have experienced products and services in various domestic industries to recommend them to others. The survey was conducted through one-on-one interviews with approximately 11,000 consumers residing in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and six major cities.
In this survey, Coway achieved first place for the ninth consecutive year in the water purifier category and for the fifth consecutive year in the bed category. Notably, including this KNPS ranking, Coway also secured the top spot in all major consumer surveys this year, such as the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI), and the Korean Service Quality Index (KS-SQI), thereby demonstrating its status as a trusted company.
The KNPS water purifier category survey was conducted among five major domestic water purifier companies. In this survey, consumers expressed high satisfaction with the taste and quality of the water and the ease of systematic maintenance, selecting Coway as the most recommended company. The filter technology and care service expertise of innovative products such as the Icon Pro are believed to have contributed to Coway's nine consecutive years at the top, reflecting strong customer trust.
In the bed category, Coway has maintained its first-place ranking every year since it was first included in the survey. This year, consumers gave high marks for spring durability, mattress comfort, and material quality. In fact, Coway is leading the market by introducing differentiated product innovations such as smart mattresses through its sleep and healing care brand 'BEREX.'
