On December 19, Xi S&D announced that it had signed a construction contract worth 208 billion KRW with Korea Real Gamsam-dong Joint Housing PFV for the development of a joint housing project in Gamsam-dong, Daegu. The contract period is 39 months from the actual construction start date.
