The Busan Education Mecenat Award is a regional recognition for educational donations, jointly organized by Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education, the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Busan Ilbo. Each year, institutions and individuals who have contributed to the advancement of local education and the spread of a donation culture are selected and honored.
