"Suji Xi Edition" Sales Begin on the 29th... Excellent Access to Pangyo and Gangnam [Real Estate AtoZ]

GS Engineering & Construction announced on December 19 that it has begun sales for "Suji Xi Edition," which will be located in Pungdeokcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.

Suji Xi Edition will be established in Pungdeokcheon-dong, Yongin. The complex will consist of six buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, offering a total of 480 units with exclusive areas from 84㎡ to 155㎡P. The supply breakdown is as follows: 107 units of 84㎡A, 38 units of 84㎡B, 224 units of 84㎡C, 70 units of 84㎡D, 39 units of 120㎡A, one unit of 144㎡P, and one unit of 155㎡P.

Special supply applications will begin on December 29, followed by first-priority applications for residents of the relevant area on December 30, and first-priority applications for other areas on December 31. Successful applicants will be announced on January 8 next year, with contract signings scheduled for January 19 to 21. Move-in is planned for the first half of 2029. The Suji Xi Edition model home will open to the public starting today.

First-priority applicants must be adult heads of households residing in Yongin, Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon as of the recruitment announcement date, with at least 24 months of subscription account membership and the required deposit amount by region and unit size. In particular, those who have lived in Yongin for more than two consecutive years are classified as "relevant area" applicants, while those who have lived there for less than two years or live elsewhere in the metropolitan area are classified as "other area" applicants. Applicants and their household members must not have won another housing lottery in the past five years and must not be subject to any restrictions on re-winning. Owners of a single home may apply through a lottery system.

Suji Xi Edition is within walking distance of Dongcheon Station and Suji-gu Office Station on the Shinbundang Line, offering excellent access to Pangyo and Gangnam. It is just three stops from Dongcheon Station to Pangyo Station and seven stops to Gangnam Station. By transferring from Seongnam Station to the GTX-A line, residents can reach Suseo Station on the SRT. The area is also well-served by major transportation networks, including the Gyeongbu Expressway, Bundang-Suseo Urban Expressway, and Yongin-Seoul Expressway.

The educational environment is also excellent, with Pungdeok Elementary School, Suji Middle School, Suji High School, and Jukjeon High School located nearby. The area around Suji-gu Office Station is home to a concentration of private academies, providing outstanding educational conditions.

The project features medium to large units of 84㎡ or larger, with a layout oriented mainly to the south for optimal sunlight and ventilation. The residents' community center, "Club Xi-an," will include a fitness club, golf practice range, sauna, and study room. The upper floors of the apartment buildings will feature a sky lounge and guest house.
