This complex will be built at 554-5, Banggu-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan, consisting of 6 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 28 floors above ground. It will feature a total of 704 units, all with a single exclusive area of 84 square meters (Type A and B), which is highly preferred by actual homebuyers.

Taehwagang Central I-Park will accept special supply applications on December 29, first-priority applications on December 30, and second-priority applications on December 31. Winners will be announced on January 8, 2026, and the official contract period will take place over three days from January 19 to 21. The expected move-in date is August 2028.

Taehwagang Central I-Park is located at the confluence of the Taehwagang and Dongcheongang rivers, which are symbolic of Ulsan. Some units will enjoy an open 'double river view,' a feature that stands out. Reflecting the characteristics of the Ulsan real estate market, where river views lead to a significant price premium, the complex has been designed and arranged to maximize river views.

Taehwagang Central I-Park is optimized for the 'view premium' trend, where natural scenery determines asset value. Residents will be able to enjoy the views of the Taehwagang and Dongcheongang rivers in their daily lives, with the Taehwagang walking trail, silver grass field, and sports park all within a five-minute walk.

The complex is a so-called 'Chopuma' (an apartment complex with an elementary school) with Naehwang Kindergarten and Naehwang Elementary School located right in front, providing a safe environment for young children to walk to school. Prestigious schools such as Gaon Middle School and Gaon High School are nearby, and the famous academy districts of Boksan-dong and Samsan-dong can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Large shopping facilities such as Homeplus, Costco, Hyundai Department Store, and Lotte Department Store are clustered within a 10-minute drive. Residents will also enjoy convenient access to a variety of cultural and medical facilities, including CGV, Ulsan Sports Complex, and Dongcheondonggang Hospital, making it an 'all-in-one' living environment.

Major transportation infrastructure is also planned around the complex, enhancing its future value. The 'Second Myeongchon Bridge,' which will directly connect Samsan-dong in Nam-gu with Banggu-dong in Jung-gu, is scheduled for completion in 2029. Once completed, access to the Nam-gu living area is expected to improve dramatically. In addition, the opening of Ulsan Tram Line 1 (scheduled for 2029) and the expansion of the metropolitan transportation network via Taehwagang Station are also anticipated.

The location is also advantageous for its proximity to industrial complexes such as Ulsan Mipo National Industrial Complex and Hyundai Motor Company. With easy commutes to major workplaces in Ulsan, such as Hyundai Motor Company and Hyundai Heavy Industries, the complex is expected to attract strong demand from employees working in nearby industrial zones.

The complex will feature specialized community facilities, including a full-court indoor gymnasium, golf practice range, and lounge cafe.
