ABL Life announced on the 19th that it held a briefing session for the FC Channel organizational innovation program, 'Great Growth,' at its training center located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
The FC (Financial Consultant) Channel is ABL Life's main sales channel, responsible for operating and managing its exclusive insurance planner organization.

This event was organized to share key details of the revised commission structure, the restructured sales training system, and the overall business direction for the growth of the FC Channel, thereby laying the foundation for organizational expansion. A total of 317 people attended the event, including CEO Kwak Heepil, the Head of Sales, the Head of Finance, the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the Head of the FC Division, the Head of Product, as well as FC Channel regional directors, branch managers, team managers, and development managers.
The ABL Life FC Channel declared 'Great Growth' as its vision and set a core goal of reaching a total of 4,000 members by 2027. The company also shared key strategies to support this target.
The main strategies include: ▲ securing the industry's top-level commission competitiveness ▲ providing differentiated compensation and career paths for team managers ▲ strengthening step-by-step and hands-on training support for new FCs.
At the end of the event, participants created mini vision boards where they wrote down their personal and company visions, building consensus for future growth together.
