Namyangju City in Gyeonggi Province announced that Gomi Hyang, Director of the Wonbojisol Scholarship Foundation, joined as the 37th member of Namyangju City's high-value donation program "Pyeongon (溫) Han Gibu" on December 18.

"Pyeongon (溫) Han Gibu" is a high-value donation program operated by the Namyangju City Welfare Foundation, where participants pledge to donate at least 100 million won either as a lump sum or in installments over ten years. Since its launch in December 2022, the program has contributed to spreading a culture of sharing within the local community.
Director Gomi Hyang is the spouse of Yoo Gilmun, Chairman of Wonbo Co., who is the third member of the Pyeongon Han Gibu program. Together, the couple is setting an example by participating in high-value donations and fostering a culture of giving in the community.
Director Gomi Hyang stated, "I wanted to give back the attention and trust I have received from the community through sharing," adding, "I hope that continuous donations will provide practical help to vulnerable groups and future generations."
Joo Gwangdeok, Mayor of Namyangju City, said, "The fact that the couple is practicing sharing together sends an even greater message to the community," and added, "The city will actively support Director Gomi Hyang's meaningful intentions so that they can be put to good use throughout the region."
