Reserve 'Forest Experience Facilities' via Korea Post Itta Banking

It is now possible to reserve forest experience facilities through Korea Post's Itta Banking. This was made possible by the opening of digital services between government agencies.

Korea Post Headquarters announced on the 18th that it will provide a reservation service for forest welfare facilities operated by the Korea Forest Service through the Itta Banking app.

The purpose of introducing this service is to allow users to reserve nationwide forest welfare facilities operated by the Korea Forest Service directly through the Itta Banking app, without the need to access a separate app or website.

With this, Korea Post deposit customers will be able to use the 'Soope-rang' service on mobile via the Itta Banking app starting from the 19th. 'Soope-rang' is a reservation platform provided by the Korea Forest Service for booking rooms and experience programs at forest welfare facilities.

The provision of forest welfare facility reservation services through Itta Banking is a representative example of inter-ministerial collaboration based on the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 'Digital Service Opening' policy.

Kwak Byungjin, Acting Director General of Korea Post Headquarters, stated, "By collaborating with the Korea Forest Service to enable reservations for forest welfare facilities via the Korea Post mobile banking app, we expect to further enhance the convenience for Korea Post deposit customers. Korea Post will continue to expand lifestyle-oriented services so that the public can use Korea Post services more conveniently."
