AI-based proposal request analysis startup 'Client' received the Korea Intelligent Information Society Agency President's Award at the '2025 Asia AI Awards' ceremony held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 18th, in recognition of its contribution to enhancing transparency and efficiency in the public procurement market by precisely analyzing vast amounts of public and private bidding data using artificial intelligence (AI).

Client operates a platform that automatically analyzes unstructured documents contained in requests for proposals and bid announcements using a large language model (LLM) to identify bidding potential, risk factors, and proposal strategies. By replacing the complex, labor-intensive bid analysis process that companies have traditionally performed manually with AI, the company has achieved significant reductions in both time and cost.

The company's business results have also become rapidly visible. In its first year, 2023, Client recorded sales of 8 million won, which surged to 500 million won in 2024 and surpassed 1 billion won in 2025. Currently, more than 130 companies are clients, and the company has signed and executed proof-of-concept (PoC) contracts with organizations such as Samsung Heavy Industries, Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea, and Changi International Airport.

Client has attracted industry attention for addressing information asymmetry in public bidding processes and lowering market entry barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, thereby fostering a fair competitive environment. In particular, by providing a domestically optimized alternative in a field previously reliant on global solutions, the company is also recognized for contributing to the development of 'sovereign AI' infrastructure.

Looking ahead, Client plans to expand its global services, focusing on the Singaporean and U.S. markets. CEO Cho Junho stated, "We will innovate the outdated bidding system through AI and enhance the quality of decision-making in both the public and private sectors."
