Bando Construction Wins Bid for Wirye Housing Development Mixed-Use Site... To Build 656-Unit Residential-Commercial Complex

Bando Construction has won the bid for a mixed-use site in the Wirye Housing Development District, marking its first entry into Wirye New Town.

On December 18, Bando Construction announced that it has been awarded the final bid for the 'Wirye Housing Development District Mixed-Use Site E1-1 Block,' which is supplied by the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH).

The site is located in the Songpa District, which is part of northern Wirye New Town, at the intersection of Songpa District in Seoul and Hanam and Seongnam cities in Gyeonggi Province. Covering a total area of 20,631 square meters, the company is currently preparing a detailed business plan for the site. Plans call for the construction of a residential-commercial complex apartment with 656 units ranging from 60 to 85 square meters of exclusive area, as well as cultural and commercial facilities. The total project cost is estimated at approximately 600 billion won.

Bando Construction stated, "This is our first entry into Wirye New Town," adding, "We plan to introduce our premium brand 'Kaive Ubora,' which incorporates our advanced housing construction technology."
