'Siheung Geomo District Daebang Elium The Luce I·II' has announced the start of applications for the 'Home Ownership' event for the 122-type units. This event, aimed at those who missed the subscription process or did not meet the eligibility requirements, will be held at the model house on Saturday, December 20 at 11 a.m. Applications for the event can be submitted through the official sales website, and participants can freely choose their preferred building and unit number without the need for a housing subscription savings account, drawing significant attention.


According to an industry expert, "Not only investors from other regions who cannot participate in the subscription process, but also local residents who missed out on the subscription are increasingly signing contracts through events like this, where they can save their housing subscription accounts and directly select their desired building and unit." The expert added, "As this is the first supply of new apartments in Siheung City in three years, the event has attracted even more interest from potential buyers."


In particular, this complex is attracting attention by reducing the initial financial burden with a fixed first contract payment of 5%. Additionally, premium appliances and finishes such as luxury art walls, engineered stone kitchen walls and countertops, 13-inch wall pads, and bench-style shoe cabinets are being offered free of charge for a limited time.


The Siheung Geomo District, where the complex will be built, is a large-scale new town public housing site that will accommodate around 10,000 households, integrating residential, commercial, and business zones. 'Daebang Elium' will consist of 1st and 2nd complexes, with buildings ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 23 above-ground floors, totaling 682 units. The complex mainly features the highly popular 84-type and 122-type units with practical four-bay layouts and medium-to-large floor plans, making it a rare and highly anticipated offering within the Geomo District.
