The small miracle that has continued every Wednesday has now reached its 89th event.
On December 17, Lee Sangwook, Head of the Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, hosted the 89th Wednesday Happiness Concert at the multi-purpose performance hall of the Gori Sports and Culture Center in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.
This concert, which filled all 300 seats with local residents, opened with a captivating performance by students from Busan Yebit School, whose pure passion and potential shone through their delicate expression and sincerity, instantly capturing the audience's hearts.
Next, the crossover group '4Beat,' consisting of a tenor and a baritone, delighted the audience with their sophisticated crossover sound that transcended the boundaries between classical and popular music, as well as their diverse arrangements.
Following that, the jazz band 'Rainmaker' filled the stage with refined jazz melodies characterized by improvisation and rhythm, adding a sense of relaxation and romance to the concert through their free-flowing interplay and deep musicality.
The final stage featured 'Yoyomi,' an up-and-coming trot singer and winner of the Trot Star Grand Prize, who dazzled the audience with her bright and charming voice and friendly stage presence. Her wide-ranging repertoire, spanning from trot to popular songs, drew enthusiastic cheers and applause, bringing the Wednesday Happiness Concert to a splendid close.
Additionally, attendees were treated to generous special souvenirs and refreshments, and a raffle at the end of the concert offered an array of prizes.
Lee Sangwook, Head of Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters, expressed his gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank the local residents who attended the Wednesday Happiness Concert. Gori Nuclear Power Headquarters will prepare even more diverse and wonderful performances next year, and I ask for your continued support and love."
