For each category, five outstanding officials in civil complaint handling were selected and presented with commendations.

In the e-People petition category, officials were evaluated based on the number of cases handled, their understanding of the main issues raised by petitioners, and the sincerity of their responses. The selected officials were Seo Minji (Urban Design Division), Kim Minkyoung (Environmental Hygiene Division), Ko Minseong (Social Welfare Division), Park Jaekyu (General Civil Affairs Division), and Yoo Hyeryeong (Culture and Arts Division).

For the "Civil Complaint Handling Mileage" category, officials who accumulated the highest scores by reducing the processing period for statutory civil complaints-those requiring two or more days to process-were selected. The honorees were Nam Hyewon (Social Welfare Division), Lee Minhae (Environmental Hygiene Division), Song Seokyung (New Vitality Economy Policy Office), Jeon Pilgyu (Social Welfare Division), and Bae Jaeyoung (Marine and Fisheries Division).

After the awards ceremony, County Governor Sim Deokseop listened to the concerns and suggestions of the outstanding officials in civil complaint handling.

Governor Sim Deokseop stated, "Handling e-People petitions and civil complaints is more than just processing a number of cases; it is an important indicator for alleviating public inconvenience and realizing a trustworthy administration. I hope all public officials will continue to do their best to provide friendly and prompt civil complaint services in the future."
