The Pukyong CEO Academy Alumni Association at National Pukyong University (President: Baek Namyeol, CEO of Woori IT) has donated 100 million won to the university's development fund.

On this day, the Pukyong CEO Academy Alumni Association held the closing ceremony for the 1st class of the Pukyong CEO Academy and the donation ceremony for the development fund at the Pukyong Convention Hall. The association presented 100 million won to President Bae Sanghoon, requesting that it be used for the university's advancement.

Baek Namyeol, President of the Alumni Association and CEO of Woori IT, stated, "The first cohort of graduate students who shared invaluable moments of new challenges and growth through the Pukyong CEO Academy, the premier regional leadership program, have come together to express their gratitude to the university."

Launched this year, the Pukyong CEO Academy at National Pukyong University is a top-level program for regional opinion leaders. Over 60 business leaders and key local figures, including Park Seho, President of the National Pukyong University Alumni Association and Chairman of Wooju Sealings Group, have participated in weekly Wednesday evening special lectures.

Ha Myungshin, Executive Vice President for External Affairs and Director of the Pukyong CEO Academy, said, "The Pukyong CEO Academy has established itself as an educational program where the university and regional opinion leaders closely cooperate for mutual growth and development," adding, "Based on the warm support of the alumni, the university will strive even harder to serve as a key network hub for regional and national development."

Following the development fund donation ceremony, National Pukyong University held a ceremony to mark the end of Baek Namyeol's term as Alumni Association President and presented him with a plaque of appreciation. Lee Seyoung, CEO of Samsung Logistics, was inaugurated as the next Alumni Association President.
