Starseed Secures Two Additional Patents for "Optimized Article Generation Across Multiple Cultures and Platforms" with Pulitzer AI

Starseed, the developer of the AI-based global PR automation platform "Pulitzer AI" (CEO Son Bomi), announced on December 18 that it has secured two additional domestic patents for next-generation article generation technologies utilizing large language models (LLMs).

The newly registered patents are both core technologies implemented in the actual Pulitzer AI service. Their key feature is the simultaneous realization of platform-specific format optimization and language/culture-customized article generation, which are essential in the global PR environment. With these additions, Starseed now holds a total portfolio of five patents, covering not only user-customized article writing and media style recommendations from its previous patents, but also platform- and culture-specialized technologies.

The first patent automates article writing that reflects linguistic and cultural characteristics, based on large language models (LLMs). By using user input and language/culture information, it selects a "model media outlet" that matches the political stance and writing style of the relevant culture, then generates articles in that style. By going beyond simple translation and incorporating expressions, tones, and article structures familiar to readers in each country or culture, this technology addresses the common problem of "translationese" articles frequently pointed out in global PR.

The second patent automates article writing based on platform characteristic analysis. By analyzing posts from each channel-such as websites, social networking services, and social news platforms-it derives a "model post" and, using large language models (LLMs), generates articles optimized for the format and style of each platform. The technology incorporates platform characteristics and user feedback to select the final model post and automatically applies the most effective article structure and tone for each channel.

With these patents, Starseed has technically substantiated that Pulitzer AI is evolving into a practical AI PR agent that considers platforms, languages, and cultures together. In practice, Pulitzer AI supports PR work for a wide range of clients-from startups to large enterprises and public institutions-through features such as press release writing and distribution, journalist matching, email draft creation, global news monitoring, and multilingual support. The company is also advancing as a global PR automation SaaS and AI agent, as evidenced by its recent selection for the TIPS R&D program.

Son Bomi, CEO of Starseed, stated, "These patents are at the core of Pulitzer AI's mission to deliver 'AI PR that is immediately applicable to real work,'" adding, "We will provide tangible competitive advantages to clients preparing for global media distribution, multilingual press releases, and overseas market entry." She continued, "We will continue to expand our patent portfolio and establish technological barriers to entry in the global PR automation market."
