AgentAI Accelerates Business Initiatives as Tesla’s FSD Moves Toward Unsupervised Commercialization

KOSDAQ-listed AgentAI (formerly DGP) announced on December 18 that it is accelerating preparations for its U.S. subsidiary, Robotaxi Corp., to operate unmanned taxis, in line with the global mobility revolution as Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology transitions to the ‘unsupervised’ stage.

Following its previously announced strategy in December to participate in Tesla’s robotaxi platform, AgentAI now plans to more than double its ‘Robodash’ branded fleet. This move is in response to recent comments by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who stated that “FSD unsupervised is almost solved.” At a recent xAI hackathon, Musk declared, “Within three weeks, we will operate fully unmanned robotaxis in Austin without safety supervisors,” and set a goal to achieve 100% unmanned operations in major U.S. cities by the end of 2025. This progress is attributed to Tesla’s FSD v14.3 model (scheduled for release in January-February 2026), which is expected to feature inference capabilities ten times greater than previous versions, enabling it to predict and respond to complex road conditions.

A company representative emphasized, “Tesla’s transition to unmanned robotaxis will be a catalyst for reshaping the global market. Because AgentAI proactively entered the Tesla ecosystem from the early investment stage, we are positioned to be the primary beneficiaries of this transformation.” Robotaxi Corp. is already establishing a fleet operation base in Austin, Texas, and plans to increase the number of vehicles in line with Tesla’s network updates.

The representative added, “As Tesla’s unmanned transition expands the role of fleet operators, ‘Robodash’ will boost customer loyalty by emphasizing a distinct brand identity focused on safety and convenience.”

This initiative is a strategic choice aimed at minimizing technological risk while securing first-mover advantage. Rather than developing its own autonomous driving technology, AgentAI is leveraging Tesla’s FSD, investing several million dollars initially to expand its bases from Austin to California and Florida. If unmanned operations in Austin succeed, as Musk has suggested, the network is expected to grow exponentially from 2026 onward, with the addition of privately owned Tesla vehicles participating in the shared fleet model (personal fleets).
