Jeonnam Development Corporation announced on the 17th that it had conducted a "Severe Cold Weather Safety Protection Campaign" at the Jeonnam-type Ten Thousand Won Housing construction site to safeguard the health of construction workers during the winter season.

The campaign focused on inspecting rest facilities and providing education on the five major preventive measures against cold-related illnesses. In particular, to help workers restore their body temperature while working in sub-zero conditions, the corporation provided hot beverages and fish cakes, as well as distributed winter gear such as thermal gloves and earmuffs.

The company also introduced the "Integrity Reporting Center," a reporting system designed to promote a fair working environment.

Jang Chungmo, President of Jeonnam Development Corporation, stated, "We will pay close attention so that each and every worker can feel warmth and work safely, while also thoroughly preventing unfair practices such as wage arrears or abuse of power, to create a workplace where everyone is respected."
