The conference began with an overview of the objectives and key activities of the Local Solution Project, followed by presentations on the status of the 2025 business initiatives in each region and outstanding case studies.

This year, a variety of programs were implemented to meet the employment needs of local industries and young people, including job competency enhancement camps for job seekers, job fairs, and company tours. Support was provided through these initiatives, and the employment linkage process and outcomes for young people were shared, confirming the positive impact of the project.

Additionally, the event introduced post-management activities aimed at increasing youth retention in the region, field-oriented programs that enabled direct communication between companies and young people, as well as customized job training and workforce matching tailored to regional characteristics. These efforts received positive feedback from participants and demonstrated that youth employment activation is being promoted in various ways across different regions.

A representative from the Gyeongbuk Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association stated, "Through this performance sharing conference, we were able to collectively confirm the achievements of the projects implemented this year," adding, "We will continue to provide effective support to expand opportunities for young people to work in the region."
