Three Executives Promoted in the Group

Woongjin Group announced on December 17 that Saebom Yoon, the second son of the group’s founder and current CEO of Woongjin, has been promoted to Vice Chairman in the regular 2026 executive appointments.

Along with Vice Chairman Yoon’s promotion, Hyunho Kim, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Woongjin, was promoted to Executive Director, and Jun Lee, Head of Compliance at Woongjin Freed Life, was promoted to Managing Director. Woongjin Group explained, “This round of appointments was carried out efficiently within the necessary scope to reorganize leadership and support the group’s core strategies.”
