Taehwa, a manufacturing company that produces automotive parts coatings and interior materials, operates facilities in Ulju County, Ulsan, and Maegok-dong, Yangsan. The company plans to establish and expand a production plant within the Deokgye General Industrial Complex, creating a total of 49 new local jobs.

Through this investment agreement, Yangsan City will provide administrative support throughout the entire process, including permits and facility construction, to ensure smooth business operations for the company. The city is also considering financial support based on the scale of the investment. This is expected to further strengthen the competitiveness of the region's manufacturing industry, particularly in the automotive parts sector.

With this agreement, Yangsan City has signed investment agreements with a total of six companies in 2025, amounting to 87 billion won in investments and the creation of 128 jobs.

Among these, two companies have completed land purchases within the industrial complex, and one of them is preparing to begin business operations, including factory registration. The remaining four companies plan to purchase land and begin construction preparations in the first half of next year.

The city plans to continue its proactive efforts to attract companies and provide stable investment support, accelerating local economic growth and the creation of quality jobs.

Mayor Na Dongyeon emphasized, "I deeply appreciate the companies that have trusted Yangsan City and decided to invest. We will do our utmost to create an environment where businesses can grow stably."
