Gyeonggi Office of Education Holds Integrity Organizational Culture Best Practices Competition in Uijeongbu on the 16th

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education held the "2025 Integrity Organizational Culture Best Practices Competition" at the Northern Office in Uijeongbu City on the 16th, selecting a total of 10 outstanding cases: 2 Grand Prizes, 3 Excellence Prizes, and 5 Encouragement Prizes.


This competition was organized to encourage and recognize the improvement efforts and achievements made by each institution this year, with the aim of spreading integrity-related activities and culture throughout educational sites.


Ten institutions were selected through a document review of outstanding cases submitted by 65 affiliated organizations of the Provincial Office of Education. The final presentations and awards ceremony were held on the same day.

The Grand Prize was awarded to Saemal Kindergarten (Pyeongtaek) for its project "Integrity Recipe: Growing Together as a Happy and Communicative Community," and to the Gyeonggi Guri Namyangju Office of Education for its project "Integrity Becomes a Daily Routine: A Story of Change Created by Everyone."


The Excellence Prize went to Seotan Elementary School (Pyeongtaek), Suhyeon Kindergarten (Hwaseong Osan), and the Gyeonggi Suwon Office of Education. The Encouragement Prize was awarded to Mokam Elementary School (Goyang), Seohae Middle School (Siheung), Maehol High School (Hwaseong Osan), the Gyeonggi Paju Office of Education, and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education Southern Training Center.


Gyeonggi Superintendent Lim Taehee stated, "Integrity is not something inconvenient, but rather something that puts public officials at ease and allows them to act with confidence," adding, "I hope that integrity will become a core part of the organizational culture in all departments, education offices, and schools under the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education."
