Kang Daehoon, along with the heads of the rescue team, the president of Eulji University Hospital, the director of the Emergency Medical Center, and the executive director, focused on reviewing whether there were any areas for improvement in the priority admission of severe emergency patients (Pre-KTAS Level 1 and 2) transferred by the 119 emergency rescue team.

He also requested the strengthening of the cooperation system to ensure that, after patients arrive at the hospital and receive a prompt initial assessment and emergency treatment, further transfer assistance by the rescue team can be provided smoothly if necessary.

Kang Daehoon emphasized, "Securing the golden hour for the treatment of severe emergency patients is a key factor in reducing mortality and long-term complications," adding, "Even during normal times, we will further solidify the system in which fire departments and medical institutions work closely together so that severe patients can receive treatment without delay."
