According to Gangjin County on December 16, the main venue for this event will be the area around 2 Seomun-gil in Gangjin-eup (the parking lot next to Moklim Shopping Center). The Seoseong Dajeong-gil area will be decorated with Christmas lights and photo zones, creating the atmosphere of a small Christmas village. Each store will play AI-generated songs, and there will be cultural experience booths for family visitors. A receipt payback event will also be held to encourage spending.

Anyone aged 15 or older can participate once per day. Those who spend 50,000 won or more at any store in Gangjin County will receive a consumption promotion coupon. Visitors who spend 30,000 won or more at stores within Seoseong Dajeong-gil will be entered into a drawing to win Gangjin Love Gift Certificates. Only card or cash receipts (customer copies) from payments made between December 20 and 24 are eligible for the payback event, and the coupons can be used until December 28. Stores with annual sales exceeding 3 billion won are excluded.

Kim Hyejeong, Head of the Festival Marketing Promotion Team at Gangjin County, stated, "We planned this event to bring warmth to the local business district and create a year-end festival everyone can enjoy. We will continue to hold various events centered around the alleyway shopping district to help boost the local economy."
