53% Sales Growth Over the Past Four Years, Exports Expanded to 43 Countries
Sports Science R&D and Domestic Manufacturing Drive Growth
DRAX, the leading fitness brand in Korea, became the first in the fitness industry to receive the "Ten Million Dollar Export Tower" at the 62nd Trade Day ceremony held on December 4, 2025.
The Export Tower is an award presented by the Korea International Trade Association to companies that have contributed to developing overseas markets and expanding exports, based on export performance from July of the previous year to June of the current year.
DRAX previously received the One Million Dollar Export Tower in 2016, the Three Million Dollar Export Tower in 2019, and the Seven Million Dollar Export Tower in 2020. Now, as the first in the fitness industry to win the Ten Million Dollar Export Tower, DRAX continues its global growth trajectory. Over the past four years, the company’s total sales have increased by approximately 53%, demonstrating robust growth, and its expanding overseas sales have laid the foundation for this latest achievement.
The core driver behind DRAX’s growth is its differentiated technological capabilities. The company has strengthened the performance and reliability of its products by securing the largest number of industrial property rights in the industry, advancing R&D based on sports science, and establishing manufacturing competitiveness through a fully in-house smart factory for all processes.
Currently, DRAX holds more than 92 patents and over 110 industrial property rights. The company has obtained global certifications such as CE (European Conformity) and FCC (U.S. Electromagnetic Compatibility), and patents secured in the United States, Europe, and China demonstrate the international recognition of DRAX’s technology. Based on this technological foundation, the world’s first automatic speed-adjusting Speedsync treadmill has long been established as DRAX’s flagship product, recognized for its technical excellence by global fitness chains and professional athletes.
Leveraging its strong technological competitiveness, DRAX is steadily expanding its overseas business base. The company currently operates four overseas subsidiaries in Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia, establishing local supply chains and expanding its export reach to 43 countries. Notably, exports to traditional advanced fitness markets such as Japan, Europe, and Australia account for over 70% of total overseas sales, proving DRAX’s competitiveness in high-quality markets.
DRAX is now moving beyond product competitiveness to provide an innovative platform for both fitness users and operators through its data-driven AI exercise solution platform, DRAXFit. DRAXFit is a datafication solution that precisely supports routine design and intensity adjustment based on individual exercise data. Its key strength lies in continuously learning from accumulated data, allowing for increasingly personalized routines over time. In particular, AI-based exercise routines and customized coaching through IoT fitness equipment have made it easier for beginners to adapt naturally to exercise, opening a new chapter in increasing fitness participation. As the overall fitness market shifts toward data-driven exercise experiences, DRAXFit is positioning itself as a global leader in the digital transformation of the fitness industry.
In fact, a major fitness company in Japan adopted DRAXFit to launch a new gym brand. Positive feedback on exercise efficiency and user experience spread rapidly from the initial opening, leading to a swift increase in membership registrations. As a result, the company is considering introducing DRAXFit at additional locations and is actively discussing adoption with other major franchises as well.
DRAX CEO Yoo Sunkyung stated, "We are currently in discussions with numerous new global key accounts to expand our overseas market next year. We plan to continuously broaden our supply scope, from fitness equipment to the DRAXFit platform."
She added, "The digital transformation of the fitness market is an inevitable future. This shift will not only exponentially increase the number of fitness participants but also elevate the fitness industry to new levels in multiple dimensions. DRAX has long prepared for this change, and as of December 2025, I can confidently say we are at the forefront of the global market."
She further commented, "By combining technological prowess with data-driven service capabilities, we will establish an even stronger growth formula in the global fitness market."
Since its founding in 2001, DRAX has consistently launched products faithful to the essence of exercise. The company has set new technical standards for fitness equipment, including heart rate-based cardio machines, premium weight machines, and data-driven fitness solutions. As an integrated fitness company providing both equipment and platforms, DRAX plans to further strengthen its role in the global market.
