On this day, the province visited every department within the Budget Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, conveying, on behalf of the residents of Gangwon Province, deep appreciation for the government's dedication to budget formulation and its strong interest in the province's key issues.
Additionally, Governor Kim expressed his gratitude to Jeong Hyangwoo, Director of Social Budget Review, during a meeting for approving the increase in total project costs for large-scale SOC projects such as the Jecheon-Yeongwol Expressway, the Second Gyeongchun National Road, and the Seomyeon Bridge, which will be fully launched starting next year.
After visiting the Budget Office, the province held a luncheon meeting with Yoo Byeongseo, Director of the Budget Office, Cho Yongbeom, Director-General of Budget Coordination, and Park Changhwan, Director of Economic Budget Review. During the meeting, they expressed appreciation for the government's support in fostering future industries in Gangwon Province, expanding SOC, and addressing local issues, and requested the prompt execution of next year's government budget.
