South Korea's first single malt whisky, "Ki One," has launched a limited edition called "Ki One Red Pepper Cask," a reinterpretation of the spicy flavor of Korean red chili peppers in whisky, through a collaboration with its official brand ambassador, Chef Edward Lee. At the launch event held at the Ryse Hotel in Hongdae, Seoul, on December 16, Chef Edward Lee is seen smelling the aroma of the "Red Pepper Cask" in a glass. Provided by Ki One Whisky.
