'Cheongna SK V1' Draws Attention as Key Beneficiary of Third Link Bridge Opening Scheduled for January Next Year

'Cheongna SK V1' Draws Attention as Key Beneficiary of Third Link Bridge Opening Scheduled for January Next Year

Cheongna International City is rapidly emerging as a business hub, as improvements to its transportation system and large-scale development plans are being implemented alongside its already established industrial infrastructure. With the opening of the Third Link Bridge (tentative name) expected in January next year and the extension of Subway Line 7 to Cheongna moving forward, accessibility to both Seoul and Incheon Airport will be greatly enhanced, further solidifying Cheongna's status as a key economic center in the western region.

The Third Link Bridge, currently under construction as a 4.6-kilometer, six-lane road, is expected to reduce travel time to Yeouido and Magok by more than 20 minutes once completed. In addition, a 184.2-meter-high offshore observatory and dedicated pedestrian and bicycle lanes will be built, which are anticipated to stimulate the local economy and increase the area's appeal as a business location.

Amid these developments, 'Cheongna SK V1', the largest business facility in Cheongna International City, is attracting significant attention from companies thanks to its outstanding transportation infrastructure and competitive location. With the imminent opening of the Third Link Bridge and the extension of Line 7, Cheongna International City is poised to transform from serving only local demand to becoming a business hub for the entire western metropolitan area.

Beyond transportation, Cheongna International City is also benefiting from major development projects such as the opening of Costco Cheongna last year, the planned Starfield Cheongna in 2027, and the scheduled opening of Asan Medical Center Cheongna Branch in 2029. As the area evolves into an urban self-sufficient district where business and daily life coexist, Cheongna SK V1 is receiving a steady stream of inquiries from companies seeking to move in as a leading business facility in the district.

The product itself boasts unique design competitiveness. A straight drive-in system allows vehicles to access the seventh floor with just three turns, significantly improving logistics efficiency compared to conventional drive-in systems. Additionally, user-centric features such as door-to-door access, balconies and terrace-style offices for every unit, pocket rest areas, and dedicated meeting rooms for tenants have been extensively incorporated.

Cheongna SK V1 consists of two basement levels and ten above-ground floors, offering a mix of spaces including a knowledge industry center, saleable warehouses, and neighborhood amenities. In addition to industrial, logistics, and office functions, the complex also provides commercial and leisure facilities, making it suitable for a wide range of tenants from small and medium-sized enterprises to startups and manufacturing and distribution companies.

An industry insider commented, "The Cheongna International City area offers direct access to both Incheon Airport and Seoul, making it attractive not only for local demand but also as a business hub for the entire western metropolitan area, thanks to major transportation projects like the Third Link Bridge and Line 7 extension. In particular, as the government has recently introduced stronger regulations on apartment sales, more investors are turning their attention to income-generating real estate, further highlighting the value of Cheongna SK V1."

There are also substantial benefits that directly support business operations. Located within the Cheongna Free Economic Zone, Cheongna SK V1 offers a five-year corporate tax exemption for qualifying tenants, and as the complex is already completed, immediate occupancy is possible. This greatly reduces initial costs and time burdens.

Meanwhile, the Cheongna SK V1 promotional center has been set up on-site, and consultations are currently available by appointment.
