Suncheon City announced that it will hold the "2025 Suncheon City SNS Satisfaction Survey Event" for users of the city's official social media channels.
This satisfaction survey event aims to assess how satisfied citizens are with Suncheon City's official social media channels, which are operated to help residents access municipal news more easily and enjoyably. Through this participatory event, the city seeks to strengthen its communication channels for more effective engagement in the future.
To participate, users must subscribe to the city's official YouTube and Danggeun Market social media channels and complete an online survey. The survey and event will be held from December 15 to December 26, and 250 participants will be selected by lottery to receive mobile gifticons.
A city official stated, "This event is an opportunity for Suncheon City to communicate more closely with citizens through its official social media channels and to reflect their opinions." The official added, "We ask for active participation, interest, and subscriptions to Suncheon City's social media channels from many citizens."
