This "Christmas Gift Support Project" was conducted as a customized program, taking into account the age and developmental characteristics of the protected children. For children in grades 1 to 4 of elementary school, Christmas gift kits were provided. For those in grades 5 to 6 of elementary school and grade 1 of middle school, each child received a Christmas gift allowance of 100,000 won, enabling them to choose the gifts they wanted themselves.

The Christmas gift kits included winter items such as gloves, socks, scarves, and hot packs, which were selected through sponsor voting, as well as snacks and nutritional supplements like cookies, jelly, hot chocolate, and vitamins that the children had personally requested. In addition, 500 packs of Nongshim Kellogg’s "Chex Choco Cookie & Cream" and 1,500 sets of stationery from Monami were added, making the kits even more abundant for the children. The kits were delivered sequentially from the 8th to the 12th.

The project was carried out with donations totaling 100 million won, raised through World Vision’s year-end fundraising campaign, the "Love On Campaign." Approximately 20,000 regular donors and 1,402 churches participating in the nationwide Thank You Challenge joined together to express their support and encouragement for the Christmas gift initiative.

Cho Myunghwan, President of World Vision, stated, "About 44% of protected children live in child care facilities, and among them, around 70% experience psychological and emotional difficulties. I hope that through these Christmas gifts, the children will feel that they are loved and will be able to enjoy a warm year-end season."
