Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, led by Shin Changho) has completed the "2025 Customized Facility Improvement Project for Residents of Purchased Rental Housing" to improve the living environment and satisfaction of residents in aging purchased rental homes.
This project was implemented to proactively address residential inconveniences, particularly for elderly residents who have difficulty reporting facility defects, among those who have lived for more than 10 years in purchased rental housing that is over 30 years old since completion.
