DL E&C will begin sales of "E-Pyunhansesang Dongtan Station Urban One" in January next year at Block C14 of Dongtan 2 New City, Osan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex is set to be built in a prime location in Dongtan, offering convenient transportation, comprehensive lifestyle infrastructure, and promising development prospects.

The complex will consist of 610 apartment units across three buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 46 above-ground floors, as well as 240 residential officetel units in a single building with three basement levels and 26 above-ground floors. In August, the general supply of apartments (public rental housing with conversion to ownership) closed with an average competition ratio of 75.28 to 1, demonstrating strong local demand. This time, 240 officetel units will be offered. The officetels, sized between 34 and 59 square meters, feature layouts tailored for one- to two-person households.


The complex will be located within walking distance of Dongtan Station, which offers access to both the GTX-A metropolitan express railway and the SRT, making it a so-called "double station area." Once the GTX-A line is extended to Samsung Station, it will take approximately 21 minutes to travel from Dongtan to Seoul's Samsung Station, significantly improving access to Gangnam. In addition, the complex is close to major transportation networks such as the Gyeongbu Expressway, Dongtan-daero, and the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway, and is served by numerous bus routes to Gangnam, Pangyo, Seoul Station, and airports.


Major commercial facilities such as Lotte Department Store Dongtan, Traders Wholesale Club, and Dongtan Station Granvia Star are located nearby, allowing residents to enjoy leisure, cultural, and shopping amenities within walking distance.


The officetels being offered this time are designed as 1.5-room and 2-room units, mainly facing southeast and southwest to maximize sunlight and views. The 59-square-meter units, which make up 70% of the total, are designed to serve as alternatives to small apartments, targeting the needs of one- to two-person households. Specialized community facilities, including an unmanned lounge cafe and a multi-purpose room, will be provided to create spaces suitable for residential officetels.


Meanwhile, Hwaseong-si is designated as a non-regulated area, so subscription requirements are flexible. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply, regardless of subscription savings accounts, place of residence, or home ownership status, and winners are selected entirely by lottery. There are no restrictions on winning multiple times, no requirements for actual residence, and no obligation to submit a funding plan. Units can also be resold before the transfer of ownership registration, making the development highly accessible for investors.


A DL E&C representative stated, "E-Pyunhansesang Dongtan Station Urban One is attracting attention as a complex that offers transportation, lifestyle infrastructure, and development benefits in Dongtan’s prime location," adding, "It will be an attractive choice not only for end-users but also for investors considering future value."


Move-in for E-Pyunhansesang Dongtan Station Urban One is scheduled for July 2028.
