Major Dealerships Nationwide Hold Delivery Ceremonies and Events
Porsche Korea announced on December 15 that it will officially begin delivering the Taycan Black Edition to customers, a model that was unveiled in July.
To commemorate the start of deliveries, major Porsche Korea dealerships nationwide will hold ceremonies and events for the first customers to take delivery. SSCL will host an unveiling event for VIP customers in Busan, while other dealerships will offer lifestyle gifts and packages inspired by the Black Edition's design concept.
Matthias Busse, CEO of Porsche Korea, stated, "The Taycan Black Edition is a model that enhances its emotional appeal with refined black details. Through special programs at each dealership to celebrate the start of customer deliveries, we aim to provide customers with a unique brand experience."
The Taycan Black Edition, launched in Korea in July, emphasizes an elegant design and sporty appeal. The Taycan 4 Black Edition and Taycan 4S Black Edition models deliver a maximum overboost output of 435 horsepower and 598 horsepower, respectively, with launch control. They accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and 3.7 seconds, respectively.
Porsche has highlighted a modern and dynamic look by adding high-gloss black details to the aerodynamic elements of the sports design package. The interior comes standard with a black interior accent package and a storage package. The high-gloss exterior mirrors, matching the exterior color, are exclusive to the Black Edition. Additionally, the Taycan Black Edition is available in black as well as a variety of exterior colors.
The starting prices for the Taycan 4 Black Edition and Taycan 4S Black Edition, including VAT, are 151.9 million won and 165 million won, respectively.
