Inno-Biz Association Recruiting Members for the 24th Inno-Biz CEO Program

15-Week Intensive CEO Program

The Inno-Biz Association (Korea Association of Innovative Businesses) announced on the 15th that it is now accepting applications for the 24th Inno-Biz CEO Program.


Under the slogan, "Asking the Direction of Innovation, Finding the Answers to the Future Together," the program will be held every Tuesday for 15 weeks from March 24 to June 30, 2026, at Samjung Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul. The curriculum goes beyond simple management theory, focusing on cultivating the broad perspective and humanistic literacy required of CEOs.

The 24th program features a convergence curriculum that combines practical skills and insight, with lectures by experts including Park Jungho, Special Professor at Myongji University (Global Economic Trends); Lee Kyungsang, Professor at KAIST (AI Transformation); Heo Taegyun, Professor at Korea University (Organizational Psychology); Ryu Jaeun, Attorney at Yulbon Law Firm (Business Negotiation); Hong Sungkuk, CEO of Hyean Research (Futures Studies); and Choi Jaeyong, Director of the Digital Convergence Education Institute (Digital Management).


Experiential field programs are also included. The program aims to foster a spirit of challenge through a workshop and nature trekking in Jeju, as well as a lecture on Arctic polar exploration. In addition, the "Art & Insight" program will broaden participants' artistic perspectives through a visit to the 2026 Korea Galleries Art Fair, the country's leading art market, accompanied by expert docent commentary.


The program is open to approximately 50 CEOs, executives, and professionals from small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-sized companies, and Inno-Biz certified companies. Graduates will be granted full membership in the Inno-Biz Association Alumni Association.
