[Today's New Product] Crown Confectionery Launches "Longs Lemon" with Mediterranean Lemons

On December 15, Crown Confectionery announced the launch of its new chocolate cake with lemon, "Longs Lemon."

"Longs Lemon" is characterized by its rich, refreshing, and sweet-and-tart flavor, created by the combination of a soft chocolate cake and premium lemon jam. Notably, the jam is made with Israeli lemons, known for their vibrant tanginess, grown under the Mediterranean sun.

The middle layer, consisting of marshmallow and lemon jam between the cakes, has been increased by approximately 40% compared to previous products, resulting in a deeper, more pronounced sweet-and-tart flavor. The jam is evenly distributed in a straight line inside the elongated cake, allowing the refreshing lemon taste to be enjoyed from the first bite to the last. The high moisture content of the jam creates a moist, premium chocolate cake experience.

In addition, the package and cake are decorated with Braille spelling out "Thank You" to express gratitude to customers. The cake features a white chocolate inscription of the Braille message, while the package includes Braille for the product name and expiration date. To improve Braille recognition on the packaging, Crown Confectionery collaborated with the Korea Blind Union and conducted several precise 3D scan tests. The size and height of the Braille have been improved so that visually impaired customers can actually read it.
