Ottogi announced on December 15 that it has launched a new product, "Spicy Jjambbong Kaljaebi," which combines chewy fresh kalguksu noodles and sujebi with the fiery flavor of jjambbong.
With the arrival of winter and more consumers seeking warm soup dishes, Ottogi has expanded its kaljaebi lineup. The company explained that it aimed to offer a unique alternative to the typically udon-focused winter noodle dishes and to meet the needs of consumers who want to enjoy a variety of soup-based meals at home.
"Spicy Jjambbong Kaljaebi" offers a rich texture with chewy fresh kalguksu noodles and sujebi. The refreshing seafood broth is enhanced with a special flavor oil, delivering the signature bold and deep taste of jjambbong, while toppings such as seaweed and imitation crab add to the dish's fullness of flavor.
The new "Spicy Jjambbong Kaljaebi" is available through various online and offline distribution channels, including Ottogi's official online store, Ottogi Mall.
