Nonghyup Financial Group announced that on the 12th, it held the '2025 Nonghyup Financial Sports Team Year-End Party' in a conference room in Jung-gu, Seoul, providing an opportunity to encourage the athletes belonging to the Nonghyup Financial Sports Team.
Nonghyup Financial Group operates a tennis team, a soft tennis team, and a men's golf team (Nonghyup Bank), as well as the NH Pay Billiards Team (Nonghyup Card) and a women's professional golf team (NH Investment & Securities) through its subsidiaries. The event was organized to facilitate communication with management and to commend the athletes who contributed to enhancing the brand value of NH Nonghyup Financial Group throughout the year.
Since establishing its soft tennis team in 1959 and tennis team in 1974, Nonghyup Bank has contributed to the development and promotion of less popular sports. The NH Investment & Securities women's professional golf team also consistently achieved excellent results in KLPGA tournaments this year.

Nonghyup Financial Group is also contributing to the expansion of these sports by directly hosting tournaments. NH Investment & Securities has held the 'Ladies Championship' for 17 years, while Nonghyup Bank organizes the international 'ITF International Women's Tennis Tour.' Since 2020, Nonghyup Card has hosted a professional billiards title sponsor tournament.
Despite their busy schedules, athletes affiliated with Nonghyup Financial Group are also dedicated to social contribution activities through sports. They visit children with dreams, disadvantaged families, and schools in rural and fishing villages to provide lessons and sponsor sports equipment. This year, NH Investment & Securities held a rice donation event during the 'Ladies Championship,' donating rice for every birdie made on the five PAR3 holes. With 42 birdies recorded, a total of 4,200 kg of Nonghyup rice was donated to vulnerable groups.
On this day, Lee Chanwoo, Chairman of Nonghyup Financial Group, said, "The sweat and effort of our sports team members, who represent Nonghyup Financial Group, elevate the status of Nonghyup regardless of wins or losses and are a source of pride for Nonghyup employees nationwide." He added, "Nonghyup Financial Group executives and employees will embrace the sportsmanship of our athletes and strive continuously to contribute to agriculture and rural communities, and to become a financial group loved by the people."
