Global EP, the Southeast Asia cross-border BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operator for LG Household & Health Care, recently visited the LG Household & Health Care headquarters in Seoul together with Tiffany, one of Thailand’s leading live commerce influencers, accelerating its push into the Southeast Asian market through a global influencer-driven strategy.
According to industry sources, this visit is part of Global EP’s ongoing "Global Influencer-Linked Commerce Strategy," and is seen as a practical collaboration aimed at expanding Korean brands into overseas markets.
Tiffany, who wields overwhelming sales influence in Thailand, listened to the brand history and global business vision of LG Household & Health Care during the visit. She then toured the EUTHYMOL research lab to observe the product development process and reportedly engaged in in-depth discussions about the future direction of research and development (R&D) for upcoming products.
Market observers note that Tiffany’s live commerce content has already delivered meaningful results in raising brand awareness and boosting sales for LG Household & Health Care in Thailand. Currently, Global EP and Tiffany are jointly pursuing multiple commerce projects that connect the Korean and Southeast Asian markets.
Global EP is the official Southeast Asia cross-border BPO for LG Household & Health Care, and has established a global operational structure covering both B2B and B2C, expanding its business scope to Southeast Asia, China, Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and the Middle East. In particular, by serving as the official Korean partner for China’s largest online travel agency, Ctrip, as well as Wotu, Global EP has secured a competitive edge as a complex business network supporting the overseas expansion of tourism, commerce, and brands.
An industry insider commented, “In Korea’s increasingly competitive BPO market, Global EP sets itself apart by combining large-scale corporate operational experience with a global influencer network. This collaboration with Tiffany is expected to be an important turning point for expanding commerce in Southeast Asia.”
