Beomhan Mecatech Wins '400 Million Dollar Export Tower' Award

Beomhan Mecatech, a leading global energy plant core equipment company, has further strengthened its position in the world market by receiving the '400 Million Dollar Export Tower' award at the 62nd Trade Day ceremony.

The Export Tower is an award presented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea International Trade Association to companies that have contributed to pioneering overseas markets and increasing exports over the past year.

This marks the company's third recognition, following the 100 Million Dollar Export Tower at the 55th ceremony and the 200 Million Dollar Export Tower at the 57th, reaffirming its status as a top-tier global exporter.

Beomhan Mecatech is an export-driven energy company, achieving approximately 90% of its revenue through exports.

Its sales grew by 33%, from 414.5 billion won in 2023 to 550.2 billion won in 2024.

With the expansion of the global LNG market, the development of new power generation businesses, and the strengthening of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) capabilities, the company is accelerating both export and sales growth through business diversification.

Based on its core cryogenic and high-pressure equipment used throughout the LNG value chain, Beomhan Mecatech has established itself as the world's leading supplier of LNG equipment.

The company is expanding partnerships with major global energy companies by winning large-scale projects in key energy hubs such as the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Asia.

In addition, Beomhan Mecatech is pursuing new energy transition businesses such as SMR (Small Modular Reactors), CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage), power generation turbines, and EPC projects, growing as a 'Global Energy Solution Partner.'

Leveraging its accumulated expertise in cryogenic and high-pressure design and engineering from its core energy equipment business, the company is building a portfolio capable of responding to next-generation energy infrastructure.

On the technology front, Beomhan Mecatech is advancing its special alloy design, welding, and processing technologies, as well as its precision analysis-based engineering system. By introducing digital quality and production management systems, the company is securing quality competitiveness that meets the demanding standards of major global energy enterprises.
