Hoseo University Wins Top Prize for Technology Commercialization of 'AI Career Platform'

Integration of Blockchain-Based Career Verification and AI Automated Generation Technologies
Recognized as the Nation's Top Public Technology Commercialization Model

Students from Hoseo University have received the top prize at a national technology commercialization competition for proposing a "career verification platform" that combines blockchain and AI technologies.

On December 8, Hoseo University announced that the "Trustcle Team," comprised of students from the Graduate School of Technology Management, was awarded the top prize in the public technology category at the "2025 Technology Commercialization Business Model Idea Competition" hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Institute for the Advancement of Technology.

This nationwide contest was established to expand public technologies accumulated in the National Technology Bank (NTB) into business models that can be utilized by private industries.

The Trustcle Team's "Blockchain-based Career Verification AI Platform" was designed to address the persistent issues of "lack of reliability in career data" and the inefficiencies of analog verification procedures, which have been repeatedly pointed out in education and recruitment processes.

The platform's core features include: ▲ digital transformation (DX) of education and event operations ▲ blockchain-based data integrity verification ▲ automated report and portfolio generation by AI agents.

The students integrated these features into a single system, completing a "two-sided market model" that provides educational institutions with automated operation solutions and job seekers with highly reliable portfolio creation services, which was highly praised by the judges.

Hwang Eun-gi, who led the Trustcle Team, stated, "We focused on simultaneously improving the efficiency of education management and ensuring transparency in career verification. The hands-on education at Hoseo University's Graduate School of Technology Management played a significant role in developing our idea into a viable business model."
