The Department of Soccer at Dongmyung University hosted special lectures on December 3 and 4, inviting Lee Wan, CEO of LW Sports Agency, to provide an in-depth look at the practical work of professional football agents. The lectures were titled "Preparing for the Future: The Realistic World of Football Business" and "Player Transfers, Negotiation Practices, and Communication Strategies."

Lee Wan, CEO of LW Sports Agency, is a football industry expert who played as a professional athlete for 10 years, served as a professional club scout and coach, and is currently active as an agent.
He manages key K League players, including national team members Um Ji-sung and Kim Young-bin, and shared his practical experience during the lectures. This allowed students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real-world dynamics, which was met with an enthusiastic response.
On the first day, Lee detailed the process of transitioning from player to agent, the criteria for scouting players, the procedures for selecting affiliated players, and the methods of contract signing, all illustrated with real-life examples covering the full scope of an agent's work.
The second day focused on the structure of the domestic and international transfer markets, strategies for salary and contract negotiations, and communication methods with clubs, providing in-depth practical know-how that can be immediately applied in the field.
When the actual transfer and negotiation processes of national team and professional club players were revealed during the lectures, students became deeply engaged, asking a series of questions.
Students expressed high satisfaction, saying, "We were able to vividly understand the criteria agents use to analyze individual players and how they lead negotiations."
