Actress and creator Lee Haein has expressed her frustration over public perceptions that she became a building owner worth around 4 billion KRW by wearing revealing outfits.

On December 3, a video titled "Did She Marry a Billionaire? Visiting Her Actual Home" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'One Mic.'

In the video, Lee Haein introduced her two-story house in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, and shared the process of becoming a building owner with assets worth around 4 billion KRW.

Lee Haein said, "I owned a piece of real estate and have been consistently investing since my early twenties. I didn't think it would sell, but suddenly its value skyrocketed. When it sold at a high price, I thought I should quickly move on to the next step."

Previously, she gained attention on YouTube for content in which she played the piano while wearing revealing outfits. After she revealed the process of purchasing her building on her own YouTube channel, saying, "I've finally achieved my dream of becoming a building owner with assets worth 4 billion KRW," some people speculated that her background as a building owner was related to such content.

Lee Haein emphasized, "There are a lot of misunderstandings. I hope you won't write articles saying I became a building owner with money earned from playing the piano in my underwear. That would be so unfair. I never made money from YouTube by playing the piano. Because of copyright issues, I couldn't earn any revenue. Real estate is what saved me."

She continued, "I've been investing in real estate since my twenties. I even attended building owner study groups. I've driven nice cars, but in the end, real estate was all that remained." She added that she achieved her long-held dream of becoming a building owner on November 3.

She shared that she faced financial difficulties while working as an actress. "I was so scared thinking about how I would make a living tomorrow. Even when I was young, I couldn't enjoy everything others did. I was often sick as a child and remember not being able to get injections. I grew up eating bread soaked in tears," she said. She added, "I didn't want to pass poverty on to my future children, so I worked hard to become financially independent."

Meanwhile, Lee Haein debuted as a commercial model in 2005 and appeared in dramas such as "Five Fingers" (2012), "A Tale of Two Sisters" (2013), and "The Witch's Castle" (2015-2016). In 2012, she also debuted as a singer in the seven-member girl group Gangkiz and was active as a performer.
